We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who wants to work as a consultant on various customer assignments within areas such as autonomous systems, robotics, connectivity, and simulation environments. Depending on the assignment, you will combine field and lab testing with automation, data collection, and analysis in various technical environments. In this role, you will participate in the entire testing chain from requirements review and test design to execution, analysis, and improvement suggestions. You will work closely with development teams, be involved in test strategies, and have the opportunity to influence both methodology and test environments. Some of your future tasks include:

• Planning, designing, and executing verification of software, electronics, and sensor systems.

• Working with both manual and automated tests, including the development of regression tests in Python.

• Conducting both manual and automated tests.

• Collecting and analyzing data, logs, signals, and measurements.

• Documenting deviations, providing feedback to developers, and contributing to the improvement of testing methods.

Your technical background

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in testing in R&D environments, with strong knowledge of C++, Python, and/or C#.

• Experience in test automation and regression testing, preferably in hardware-near environments such as HIL/test rigs.

• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.

• You have a valid driver's license (B) within the EU.

• ISTQB certification and experience in CI/CD environments are advantageous.

Some of our assignments are within security-classified areas, and for these, a security clearance is required before you can start the assignment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for security-classified areas.
